News from Singapore (+Findhorn update!)

Dear all,
Hello from Singapore!

Well, here I am on the last leg of my extraordinary journey. I just spent 3 days travelling by train from Northern Thailand to Singapore. I jiggled and rumbled, read and listened to music and stared out the window for hours. I loved it. I am now gearing up for more than the slight adjustment I will need to make to the weather when I get back next week.

I have arrived into the family home of Francesca Mitchell, a 5Rhythms teacher from Sussex who moved out here in May. Fairly normal domesticity is all around me – good for me to be reminded of – I haven't cooked for over 4 weeks now!

I am teaching tonight but he we have had to cancel the weekend workshop as we didn't get enough bookings. Having taught unexpectedly though last weekend in Chiang Mai (which was meant to be my weekend off) I am quite happy to take it easy these next few days in 31 degrees.

And in Findhorn? Bettina is holding the Sweat Your Prayers on Sunday 29th November 7-8.30pm. Enjoy :)

Thursday Deepening Waves classes resume from next week for 3 weeks. So that is me teaching on Thursday 3rd December 7.30-9.30pm. I'll have just got back the day before, looking forward to teaching in English, with no translation and seeing familiar faces and bodies moving. I am also holding the SYP on Sunday 6th December.

Much love and see you soon,
---Deborah
