Findhorn Update 9 October 2008
Hello on this beautiful Autumn day.
I am actually writing this on a plane - I hope I find a WiFi signal on land soon. I am away again for a couple of weeks now, a mixture of work in Barcelona and holidays. I hope the colour of the leaves in this exquisite time of year helps us all to keep awake to magic and to appreciate the beauty of impermanence.
Bettina will be teaching the class next Thursday 16th Oct and the SYP on Sunday 19th. I will be back and teaching the class on Thursday 23rd Oct.
DOOR PEOPLE needed: Thanks for reminding me Almut. We need to expand our team of people who can be on the welcome/set-up team for classes and SYP. It would be lovely to have a man on the team as well. It involves arriving about 45 mins early and staying 15-20 mins at the end; cleaning the floor, lights, set up of hi-fi, accepting the money on the door, answering questions, reassuring new people, generally welcoming people in to the space. When you are on the door, as a thank you, you don't pay for the class (the full price of which is £10). People often appreciate not having to pay and also enjoy the time of preparing the space and engaging with people in a different way. Please let Bettina and I know if you are interested.
HEART2HEART - For your information this 7 week course I am offering, that begins in November is now fully booked, with a waiting list. I am very glad that people are interested and open to this level of Gabrielle Roth's work. If you would have liked to do it, but can't as it is full then let me know and you will be amongst the first to be contacted when I offer my next one. Please do be aware and sensitive to each other in class. As people study deeper levels of the 5Rhythms maps, they will be bringing this in to their practice in class and Sweats. Personally I feel this expands and enriches that experience for everyone. All courage to us human beings
