Findhorn Update 1 September 2008
Dear 5Rhythms dancers,
Thank you all for a wonderful start to the Autumn term of dancing – a great class and 2 Sweat your Prayers (SYP) already.
Here are some bits and pieces about the classes that are coming up. Please take note as it is quite erratic due to various dance workshops in the Auditorium.
Thursday 4th Sept I will teach a Deepening Waves class in the Dance studio, In the Universal Hall. Bettina and I have decided to use this evening as an opportunity to have time near the end of the class to hold a space for sharing and connecting through words; to find out, as the term gets under way, what works for you in the classes, what might be different, what you love, where you thrive or die in the dance on your own with others etc. We will dance until about 9.15pm and then hold this sharing space until 9.45pm. It would be lovely to see you there. Deepening community through the dance.
October is much more straight forward except that there is no class on Thursday 9th September.
