Come and explore what is nourishing for you as
a woman, entering into the feminine mysteries. Some
women may feel at home in this territory, for others
it can be an alien landscape. However present or
absent nourishment is in your life, come dance deep
to expand into the fullness of your tender, raw,
wild, passionate being.There will be movement and
bodywork, music and silence, connection and space – a
chance to remove ourselves from the demands of daily
life to emerge again as radiant women. While each
Rhythm offers its own gateway into nourishment at
different times, to attend to different needs,

One Week Residential in Findhorn
Vital Moves - Waves (16–23 August 2008)
This one week residential workshop in Findhorn provides an in depth exploration into each of the 5 Rhythms; Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness and our relationship to the Wave as a tool in our lives. All this is woven into an experience of Findhorn Community life; intimately, joyfully, prayerfully. Pre-requisites: Findhorn Experience Week or previous experience of the 5Rhythms with an accredited teacher.

Dance Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms® in
Hillswick, Shetland, 14th & 15th June 2008

This is my third visit to Shetland to teach the 5Rhythms: Come drop deep into your body and rise into the satisfaction and freedom to express yourself. Much of the weekend will involve dancing to a variety of music, weather depending we may dance outside! This weekend will be suitable for beginners and those who already know and love this moving practice.
