Findhorn Update 29 October 2008
Dear all,
On the Downloads page is a poster advertising the a fabulous evening heading your way a week Saturday: A WaveRave with DJ Monkey Magic and myself. Please do email it to anyone you think may be interested, even if they haven't danced the Rhythms before. After the Body Parts warm up I will give a short intro for any newcomers to the practice. Thanks.
Also, next Thursday 6th November, Sarena Wolfaard, a 5Rhythms teacher from Edinburgh is going to come teach the class. We bumped into each other at a 5R class in London- and decided to do a swap. She is coming here next week and I am going to teach her class down there on Sunday 7th December and then whizz back for the SYP that night. Hello on this beautiful Autumn day.
I am actually writing this on a plane - I hope I find a WiFi signal on land soon. I am away again for a couple of weeks now, a mixture of work in Barcelona and holidays. I hope the colour of the leaves in this exquisite time of year helps us all to keep awake to magic and to appreciate the beauty of impermanence.
