On the Downloads page is a poster advertising the a fabulous evening heading your way a week Saturday: A WaveRave with DJ Monkey Magic and myself. Please do email it to anyone you think may be interested, even if they haven't danced the Rhythms before. After the Body Parts warm up I will give a short intro for any newcomers to the practice. Thanks.
Also, next Thursday 6th November, Sarena Wolfaard, a 5Rhythms teacher from Edinburgh is going to come teach the class. We bumped into each other at a 5R class in London- and decided to do a swap. She is coming here next week and I am going to teach her class down there on Sunday 7th December and then whizz back for the SYP that night.
