Dear all,
I am very excited to be DJ-ing at The Red Shoes Theatre, Elgin, Saturday 26th June 9pm - 1am. £8.
Please come along and make it a great night. Should be quite a mix of people! The night is hosted by Caroline Bury who does the Tribal Belly Dancing classes. She dresses up the space with her own flair, making it very inviting.
Lets' get Elgin rocking!

Findhorn Update 11 March 2009
Dear all,
Firstly thank you for the phenomenal response to my email asking for feedback. 30 people have replied with a range of responses that have been very insightful and useful to read for Bettina and myself. I can say the Dance Studio is certainly not some peoples favourite place to be! Whilst some have also grown to love and appreciate the holding and intimacy it offers.
Goddess & the Whore was a huge success. 13 women gathered at Newbold and have emerged nourished and juicer I would say
Having taken part 3
years running now, I realise that a workshop is
the wrong word to describe it, it is
more a
life-changing and enhancing event.
Blessed am I.

Findhorn Update 21 January 2009
Dear 5Rhythms dancers,
Here is some more information about what is happening in the Community over the next wee while. As a reminder, due to the floor being sanded in the Auditorium (and the new film screen and equipment being installed) we have some changes of venue as there are also events happening in Cluny. So we dance between Cluny Ballroom and the Dance studio. Don't worry about space, there is always the magic of the art of circulation, with the breath in the body and the body in the room. I know myself the myriad of excuses I can come up with NOT to dance and.... I have never regretted showing up in over 20 years of this practice being in my life. (Read More...)

Findhorn Update 11 December 2008
Hello this beautiful cold, bright morning,
The last few classes of 2008 are occurring in the next week. Thank you all for your ongoing presence, engagement, commitment and passion for showing up; for yourself and the dance, here in this fantastic group of dancers. It has been a rich year of study and work for me. As I finish teaching the second ongoing Heart2Heart group, I am very grateful for the Heartbeat training I was able to take part in with Gabrielle Roth. These ongoing groups have been so rewarding; meeting week after week with the same group of people, and the individual sessions that each person receives, touches me deeply. These are challenging times and this work can be profound in what it offers. I will be sending out the dates for my next ongoing course soon. (Read More...)

New Year's Event 2008/2009
I love the Bodysurf Scotland New Years Event which is
why I am excited about teaching on it again. This
year, having had a year off, we are trying something
different. Karl and I have invited Robert Anderson,
an old friend of ours from London who teaches Contact
Improvisation in London and all over to join us. With
a mix of 5R and CI sessions, time off to relax in the
hot tub and walk on the beach, two open sessions for
those who can't or don't want to participate in the
whole thing, dinner in the Community Centre each day
so we get to share food, local and far away dancers
(inc. Japan and Ireland so far!),
a fabulous Hogmanay Ceilidh and
party, this promises to be a wonderful 5 days.
