LUCID FLOW VI – Therapy in Motion ONLINE Group
A 10 week online group, for Open Floor Therapy in Motion small group work.
In these fractured times of disproportionate isolation and what many people describe as 'brain fog', this Therapy in Motion group invites you to alleviate and illuminate; penetrating through the layers of unfathomability in these uncertain times to experience the benefit of Lucid Flow.
You will be working with a group of people over 10 weeks, with a different Open Floor Core Movement Resource each session.
This online group workshop begins FRIDAY 6 October 2023, and runs for 10 sessions, ending on FRIDAY 8 December 2023 Sessions are from 10 AM -12PM UK time (check your timezone here)
