  • We recommend:

    • Wear comfortable clothes to move in

    • Water bottle

    • Journal/paper and pen

    • You’ll need a computer, tablet or phone, and a good internet connection.

    • If you have a computer, we recommend choosing that over the tablet or phone. Not only will the sound be better but also you can interact more and see more of others.

    • If you can, connect your computer/phone to an external speaker for better sound quality.

    • Make some space to dance

    • If you’re in a shared space, please consider using headphones for confidentiality.

I loved the variety within one session which gave me space to move, share, reflect and transform. Through a clear structure of dancing, exchange and exemplary 1:1 guidance, Deborah offered us a moment of accompaniment, joy and interlinking the content of OF curriculum and our professional lives.
— Juliane, Open Floor teacher, 2024

to recognise the common ground between all of us - so many of us work in different ways but then there were all these common threads and recognising that shared humanity amongst us all was really powerful…

What others are saying about embodied supervision

Eye-opening and expanded my sense of possibilities of this work.

I appreciated the clear transitions and flow of each part. It felt defined and intentional to me, while also spacious enough to allow the unknown and unexpected to make themselves known.
— Sarah, Open Floor teacher, 2024
I have found this group incredibly rich. I’ve been inspired by the skill and presence, the perspectives and metaphors, the creativity and spontaneity within this group. I have been deeply touched, challenged and sustained by our time together.
— Rachel, 5Rhythms Teacher, ENGLAND
