**OR
Whilst a number of you showed interest in the Group Dinner, we don’t have enough to cover the minimum requirements of The Phoenix Cafe. As an alternative, Local Organiser Robin has booked a table for 10 in the side room of the Kimberley Inn in Findhorn village at 7.30pm. Please confirm at registration if you’d like to attend.
If you would like to book Lunch in The Phoenix Cafe for Saturday, you can pre-order from the full cafe menu and make payment at registration.
‼️ IMPORTANT - we have a participant in the group who has a SEVERE NUT ALLERGY. It’s essential that there are no nuts/nut milks brought into the Universal Hall at any time during the workshop.
Covid/Wellbeing Requirements
We have a dancer attending the workshop who is a carer for someone who is immune compromised and there might be other people in the room who we are not aware of who are also immune compromised. Therefore to enable the whole group to feel confident and comfortable in the dance we would like to ask you to do a lateral flow test on Thursday before coming to the venue. This isn't a government requirement, simply a community of dancers taking care of each other. We will also have tests available at registration and ask that if you've not taken a test beforehand, please do so at registration.
If you have symptoms - please wait until you feel better and hopefully that will happen quickly and you can come join us. We want to do our best, especially at this time of year, to not only protect those in the room, but also those we will be in contact with afterwards.
Things you might also want to know
The Hot Tub will be open over the weekend from 5pm. For health and safety, membership forms are required - these will be available at registration. Please bring your own towel, £10-£5 per session. Full information here.
And if you are around on Sunday evening, there is the option to join an Sunday Dance Collective Community Dance, 6.45pm to 8.30pm. Full details and booking here (or pay cash at the door).
To Bring
Comfortable clothes to move in, several layers work best (the onion strategy!)
A journal/paper and pen.
Refillable water bottle.
If you can, please bring a cushion and a blanket.
The Universal Hall is a shoe-free zone, so you might want to bring some indoor shoes.
Outdoor shoes, a warm raincoat and a torch for the ever-changing Scottish weather.
Optional - swimwear and towels if planning to use the hot tub.
Car Share
We encourage travel by public transport and car sharing. We have local Yvonne, offering lifts to/from Inverness airport/Forres train station. If you would like assistance with lifts/car sharing, please contact Yvonne: yvonne@yvonnecuneo.com or +61405956714 (WhatsApp).
We also have a TELEGRAM GROUP where dancers can be in contact to make travel arrangements or ask other questions. To join the group - click here:
