Deborah and Michael have known, worked, and danced together in various constellations for over a decade. Together, we've created Impulse as a genuine meeting of core principles from our two practices - not a mash-up or a tutorial, but an alchemy of the essence of each approach.

We’ll slow things right down, so you can really feel — in your body — the moments of impulse: towards and away, contracting and expanding. And from there, honour the truth of your yes, your no, and your maybe.
