February 2024 ~ Full Moon

Home as many of you know is where I recalibrate.
After being on the road for most of the past month, expansive skies, the sounds and smells of the ocean and stars at night are the counterbalance to the delights, stirrings, and stimulation of being in cities, and of teaching.
Vastness offers a different perspective and helps me hold multiple experiences kindly, spaciously inside of me. Never before has this muscle been stretched inside of me as in these past months. 

I'm teaching in fabulous cities over the next few months, some I'm visiting for the first time. Come join me there or in Findhorn later in the year.
