November 2024 ~ Full Moon

Here's a recent video of Findhorn Bay for you.  Many of you reading this have visited Findhorn, some of you live here, and some of you have told me for years that you'd like to come visit - may it be so! Meanwhile, here's some extraordinary visual and sound footage from the bay and the pink-footed geese - we have thousands of them visiting at this time of year.

I breathe in the beauty, peace, and spaciousness, and sometimes simultaneously, sometimes pendulating between, hold in my awareness all the war, brutality, hardship and extreme suffering happening in so many places in the world at the same time. Right here, as the geese gather, hunters come to shoot them and leave them wounded, to die in pain.

Holding these differences occuring concurrently on the planet can contribute to an experience of confusion and internal fracturedness, or, be an opportunity to access an inner and outer sense of ground and expand to meet the seemingly irreconcilable.

As I continue to be a student of this dynamic that stretches me, often daily, I've developed a new workshop on this theme that I'll be offering in Glasgow in March 2025.

I hope this month's newsletter can both soothe, inspire, and hold you with whatever you are tending to in your life.
