Much is occurring across my personal and professional spheres. I imagine that is true for you, too.

I am grateful for time at home, where I fully exhale.
I am loving the two online Embodied Supervision groups I am offering, which enable me also to spend time in London, supporting family.
I am happy, beyond happy, to be offering a local ongoing group (my first in over a decade) from February - May.

Currently, all my teaching in 2026 is either online or in Scotland or England. This is unusual for me, and feels just right, especially as I'll be on the move again in 2027; Lucie Nerot and I begin our second round of delivering the Open Floor Teacher Training in April '27 (see below for more info).

Meanwhile, the poem below sums up how I feel.
Here's to remaining resolute in the field of love, together, on the dance floor, and in our lives.

In the midst of all this
corruption and grief
I'm feeling what it means
to be in love.
To remain resolute
regardless.

Nature teaches me
in simple ways.
Sun shining through rain
as I sit on a mossy log.
Last summer's leaves
mulching into the earth.

I'm reminded
that things need to die
for something new
to be born.
How tight and dry it must feel
before the snake sheds its skin.

We're there too,
amongst institutions
that no longer fit,
as they strangle
the aliveness
they claim to support.

Can we feel the temptation
of fight, flight and freeze,
yet choose, like the snake,
to remain in the garden?
To stay in this field of love.

Until the old skin cracks
and splits,
as it inevitably will.
And we emerge together
for love alone.

With a new skin
already forming
in quiet readiness.

Love has already won.

Open Floor EU Teacher Training

Starting in 2027 ~ RAX, Austria + ZARAGOZA, Spain

I am thrilled to be announcing the next OF Teacher Training that Lucie and I are offering together.

Whether you would like to join for the whole training (all 4 Phases) or delve into one or more of the Immersions, we look forward to you joining us.

Immersions: For anyone wishing to continue their personal and professional development within the field of embodiment, participating alongside trainees.

Immersions & Practicums: This amounts to all 4 Phases. Alongside assignments, teaching practice, webinars, and mentoring, this leads to certification as an OF Teacher.

In addition to the group of people who are participating as part of the Teacher Training, there are approximately 25 spaces available for people to join each Immersion.
