March 2026 ~ Full Moon

Whilst you're reading this, I am offering another 'Just Me' Retreat at Cullerne House. The focus of working one-to-one, in the spacious, natural setting of the Findhorn Bay, is an extraordinary contradiction to the painful mayhem in the world. Each day, I offer my prayers to those whose lives and families are being destroyed, whilst tending to the needs of one individual this week, in the knowledge that healing extends beyond the boundaries of time and space.

I've put more JMR dates below for those of you who feel the tug to come. Sometimes, on the Enquiry call, people tell me they've known for years that they'd come; they simply didn't know when. Maybe it's your time this year??

Journeying with Time

Since offering the Sands of Time workshop in January, songs, articles, and poems keep coming towards me, so I thought I would share a few with you below.

I've also received some wonderful feedback, which is helping to shape the development of a longer workshop on this theme -watch this space

A few testimonials from Sands of Time

"Deborah’s depth of experience, ability to feel, guide, weave and articulate into the group energy was exceptional." — Liam B.

"Great beginning exploration of an intriguing topic within a perfect setting and group. Thank you, Deborah, for offering a space to dance, feel, meander while gracefully flowing with and holding time for us!" — Sabine W.

"
I love dancing with Deborah. It's a space I can enter and instantly drop into because I know I'm going to be held safely, by someone with both years of experience, and a profound understanding of the energetics of transformational space."  — Stacie W.

* Poem by Rabindranath Tagore

'The butterfly counts not months but moments,
and has time enough.

Time is a wealth of change,
but the clock in its parody makes it mere change and no wealth.

Let your life lightly dance on the edges of Time
like dew on the tip of a leaf.'

— Rabindranath Tagore

* The missing link between time and consciousness | Rupert Sheldrake, Timothy Morton, Joanna Kavenna

'We don't know the past or the future, but we think we know the present... Yet, philosophers and neuroscientists have argued the present is unattainable and unknowable...

Do we need to give up the idea that the present is a moment of truth that provides the reality of experience?'
